How much does Rius cost?

Rius starts with a trial of 30 days or 500,000 spans, whichever comes first, with no card, and then moves to one of three monthly plans. Each plan has its own price, span allowance and overage rate, listed below. Spans past your allowance are billed at the overage rate, not refused. For larger volumes, you arrange an Enterprise plan by writing to help@glassflow.ai.

How it works

Billing is per organization. A new organization starts on the trial with no card, on the Core plan’s limits. During the trial you can have 2 members, 2 workspaces and 10 alert rules.

When the trial ends, you subscribe to a plan to keep sending traces. Until you do, ingest is refused and the spans you send are dropped, not buffered. Everything already stored stays readable.

Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly, before tax. Each plan is listed on its own here, with its price, span allowance and overage together:

• Core: $19 / month, 500,000 spans included per month, overage $14 per million spans.
• Growth: $79 / month, 2,500,000 spans included per month, overage $12 per million spans.
• Pro: $199 / month, 10,000,000 spans included per month, overage $10 per million spans.
• Enterprise: no list price. You arrange it for larger volumes through help@glassflow.ai.

Overage is prorated per span, not rounded up to a whole million, and appears on your next monthly invoice. If you change plan mid-month, the spans before the change are billed at the old plan’s overage rate and the spans after it at the new plan’s rate.

Set it up

1. Create an account and send traces. The trial starts with your new organization, so there is nothing to buy first. Set your API key like this, then follow the Track LLM and agent cost guide for the full setup:

2. Open Settings → Plan & usage. It shows the date your trial ends and a meter for each limit, and the sidebar shows how many trial days are left.

3. Before the trial ends, click Choose a plan and pick Core, Growth or Pro. Each plan lists its price, what is included and its overage rate.

4. If you have a promo code, enter it under Promo code and click Apply. A code works only on a new subscription and covers a set number of monthly charges.

5. Click Continue to payment. Enter your card and billing address on the Stripe Checkout page. Stripe adds the tax that applies to that address. The plan is active as soon as the payment is confirmed. Subscribing during the trial ends the trial, and the remaining trial days are not kept.

6. To move between plans later, click Change plan and review the quote. An upgrade applies right away with a prorated charge, and your renewal date does not move. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current period.

What you get

• A clear starting point. The trial needs no card and runs for 30 days or 500,000 spans, whichever comes first.
• Predictable monthly prices. You pay $19, $79 or $199 a month, depending on the plan, before tax.
• No cut-off at the allowance. Spans beyond your plan’s allowance keep flowing and are billed at the overage rate. Plan & usage shows the month’s spans against the allowance.
• Limits that grow with the plan. Core allows 2 members, 2 workspaces, 10 alert rules and an ingest rate of 25,000 spans per minute per workspace. Growth allows unlimited members, 5 workspaces, 25 alert rules and 50,000 spans per minute. Pro allows unlimited members, 20 workspaces, 100 alert rules and 100,000 spans per minute.
• Self-service billing. Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal, where you update your card, download invoices and cancel. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the current period, and you can resume it before then.

Costs that Rius shows for your model calls are list-price estimates in US dollars. They are not the same thing as your Rius invoice.

When something else fits

• If your volume is above what Pro includes and you want a negotiated arrangement, ask about the Enterprise plan at help@glassflow.ai.
• If you only want to try Rius, the trial covers that. Subscribe only when you are ready to keep sending traces.
