Attribute registry
Every attribute key, event and value the Rius SDKs and the Rius platform agree on, generated from the Weaver registry in rius-semconv . One page per namespace Rius defines keys in, then the keys it takes from elsewhere. For which attributes to set and what the platform does with them, start from the span attribute reference.
